WHO WE ARE
West End Community Development Corporation (formerly WERC) seeks to elevate standards for real estate development by acquiring, improving and/or removing deteriorated properties in the West End of Belleville, Illinois.
Since 2005, our 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization has addressed 22 such properties by investing more than $1.4M within our community.
You may have seen our recent renovation projects at 29 N 82nd Street, 300 S 74th Street or 4 Concord (currently listed).
