"Makeover On Main"

was held Sunday, April 6,  Open House 1 - 4 p.m.

9510 West Main St.

9510 West Main Street

We have completed the renovation of this lovely 3-bedroom, two-story home and want our friends and neighbors to be first to see it before it is advertised for sale.  Other invited guests will include Mayor Mark Eckert, our aldermen, and contractors and volunteers who helped make this project a success.

Some of the features of the house include a new designer kitchen with new maple cabinets, stainless steel appliances, micro wave oven/hood combination, granite counter tops, and ceramic tile floors.

The living and dining rooms, sun room and entry hall have refinished red oak floors and the fireplace in the living room has a new custom red oak mantle and granite hearth. There is a new powder room on the main floor with all new fixtures.

The open staircase and second floor bedrooms have new carpeting and new solid wood doors have been  installed throughout the house. The full bath on the second floor has all new fixtures and new ceramic tile flooring.

The home has new electrical systems, plumbing and new windows throughout.  The house has been newly plastered and painted on the interior.

A new 30-year architectural shingle roof has been installed on the house. There is a deck off the kitchen and a new privacy fence in the back yard which also includes a single-car garage with an automatic door opener.

There is new laundry hookup in the freshly painted large basement.

This home is within walking distance of the two area elementary schools, Signal Hill School and Blessed Sacrament School.

This will be a wonderful home for someone who wants to live in the West End of Belleville, wants to have a short drive to the St. Louis Cardinals' games, the Rams games and all the amenities of both the cities of St. Louis and Belleville.

We celebrated the great things that are happening in the West End!
